Send us the file and we will look at it properly before quoting. There is no charge and there never has been.
Four things are checked. Bleed, which needs three millimetres of artwork past every edge that will be trimmed, because a trim is never exactly on the line. Resolution, which needs to be 300 dots per inch at the finished size for anything read in the hand and can drop to 100 for a banner read from across a road. Colour mode, which has to be CMYK, because a bright screen green in RGB prints as a dull green and the customer is always surprised. And fonts, which have to be embedded in a PDF or converted to outlines, or the machine substitutes something else and the layout moves.
The file we cannot use is the one saved out of a chat. A logo sent through a messaging app arrives about 400 pixels wide, which is fine on a card and is a blurred smear on a banner. Ask your designer for the original, and if the designer has gone, we will redraw a simple logo as vector for 450 rufiyaa.
If the file needs work beyond checking, we quote for it at 300 rufiyaa an hour and tell you first. We will not quietly fix a file and add it to the bill.
