Four things that save a reprint
Artwork checked, free
Bleed, resolution, colour mode and fonts, looked at by a person before the machine is switched on. It takes ten minutes and it prevents most reprints.
Three point two metres in one piece
Our press takes 3.2 metres, so most shop banners have no seam at all. Anything wider is welded and we will show you where the join falls.
Two days, and we mean it
Most digital work leaves in two working days. Solvent printed vinyl needs a day to cure before lamination and we will not skip it.
We fit what we print
Signage, vinyl and vehicle graphics are fitted by our own two fitters, in Malé and Hulhumalé, at a time the shop is closed.

What customers say
They designed the sign around the fact that a lorry cannot get into our lane, five sections carried by hand, and put the lighting on trays so a failed strip does not mean taking the fascia down.
The free artwork check found that all four of our files were in the wrong colour mode and had no bleed. Then they sent the big run to an offset press and showed us the saving on the quotation.
They insisted on the thicker laminate on our menus and would not budge. Two years later the menus are still flat and I understand why they argued.
What we need from you
What file should I send?
A PDF with the fonts embedded or outlined, in CMYK, at the finished size, with three millimetres of bleed on every trimmed edge. If you have the original working file as well, send both.
If all you have is a logo from a chat, say so. It will be about 400 pixels wide, which is fine on a card and a blurred smear on a banner, and we can redraw a simple logo as vector for 450 rufiyaa.
Do you charge to check artwork?
No, and we never have. Ten minutes of somebody's attention before the machine starts prevents about a third of the reprints this shop would otherwise do, so it is not generosity.
If the file needs actual work rather than checking, we quote that at 300 rufiyaa an hour and tell you before doing it.
Why does the colour look different from my screen?
Because a screen makes colour with light and paper makes it with ink, and some screen colours simply cannot be mixed in ink. Bright greens, strong oranges and electric blues are the three that disappoint people most.
We will print a proof on the actual material for any job over 2,000 rufiyaa. On a proofing paper it would look right and still be wrong, so we print it on the real thing.
