Forty thousand A5 flyers across four designs for a week of community events, wanted in six days.
The artwork check paid for itself in the first ten minutes. All four files were in RGB with a bright green that would have printed as a flat, dull green that did not match the association's own signage, and none of them had bleed, so every one of the four would have trimmed with a white hairline on two edges. Both were fixed before quoting and neither was charged for.
Forty thousand pieces is beyond our digital press economically, so we printed a thousand of each here to check colour and put the remaining thirty six thousand through the offset press we use, at the offset price, with our margin shown as a separate line. It saved the association about eleven thousand rufiyaa against what we could have charged.
Delivered in five days in bundles of five hundred, labelled by design and by the area each bundle was going to, which the association asked for and which saved a day of sorting on the street.
