A restaurant changing hands with nine days between the handover and the reopening, needing a fascia, window graphics, a price board and sixty menus.
We sequenced it so nothing waited on anything else. Window vinyl went on day three, which made the place look open and was worth doing first. The fascia was measured on day one, made by day six and fitted on the evening of day seven. The menus were last on purpose, because menus always change twice in the final week, and these changed three times.
Laminated at 250 microns rather than the usual 125, at our insistence. A menu handled forty times a day with a thin laminate comes apart at the corners inside two months, lets water in and gets thrown away, and reprinting sixty menus twice a year costs more than the heavier laminate ever will.
The restaurant opened on the ninth day. They have reprinted the menus twice since, both times from the file we still hold, and both times they matched.
