The two things trade customers actually want from us are a proof on the real material and a straight answer about timing. So any job over 2,000 rufiyaa gets a proof printed on the material it will be run on, not on a proofing paper, which is the only way to see what a colour will really do. And if a deadline is not achievable we say so on the same day rather than on the afternoon it is due.
We hold your files for two years and keep a note of the material, laminate and any colour correction applied, so a reprint in eighteen months matches the first run. That note is the reason trade customers stay.
One rule. We do not print artwork we were told is approved when the checks say it will fail. We will send you the problem and wait.
