What it costs
150.00 Per person
Pay at the counter before boarding, in cash or by transfer. A transfer sent the night before is fine and the reference is your receipt.
Seats are numbered on the boat and given out at the jetty in the order the bookings came in. Families and anybody travelling with a small child are seated together first, before anything else is allocated.
The shorter of the two runs and the busier one. Thirty five minutes on a calm morning and closer to fifty when the wind is up, because the skipper slows down rather than beating the boat and everybody in it across a chop.
Three boats work this route and they are not the same size, which is why the seat count on this website changes from sailing to sailing. The big one takes forty eight, the second forty two, and there is a smaller thirty six seat boat that covers the quiet midweek runs.
All three have a canopy over every seat, life jackets under them, and a rack at the back for bags. Tea and water are on board at no charge on the morning sailings.
