Male to Himmafushi
About thirty five minutes from jetty number 6. Six sailings a week.
150.00 Per person
Three boats, six sailings a week each way, and a late express on four evenings. Every seat is counted, so a boat that shows as full is full.
Booking takes the seat off the boat straight away. Nothing is paid here and you settle at the counter.

About fifty minutes, and the boat sometimes calls at Himmafushi first.

Nothing to print and nothing to collect. Say the reference at the counter.
Allocated first, before anything else, on every boat.
One bag up to twenty kilos and one small bag, on every daytime sailing.
Free up to three hours before. A sailing we cancel is refunded in full or moved, your choice.
Every sailing on this website is a real boat with a real seat count against it.
A reference by message, and the crew tick you off the list at the jetty.
Numbered on the boat and allocated in booking order, families first.
One bag up to twenty kilos included, more by the piece and subject to space.
Carried on the daytime sailings for a flat charge, strapped at the back.
A private sailing at a time of your choosing, quoted by the hour.
I take the quarter past six four times a week and have done for six years. It has left late twice and both times somebody messaged me first.
Booked two seats from the airport on my phone, walked to the counter, said a reference and paid. No queue, no paper, no trying to find out whether the boat even ran that day.
Four of us with a two year old and they seated us together without being asked, on a full Friday boat. That is not nothing.
No. Booking takes the seat off the sailing straight away and you get a reference by message. You pay at the counter before boarding, in cash or by transfer.
A transfer sent the night before is fine. The reference is your receipt either way.
Not online. Seats are numbered on the boat and given out at the jetty in booking order, with families and anybody travelling with a small child seated together first.
If you want the front, which is drier, or the back, which moves less, ask at the counter and we will do it if the boat allows.
Twenty minutes. The jetty is narrow, loading forty eight people with bags takes time, and the boat leaves on the timetable rather than when everybody has arrived.
We have held a boat for a hospital case. We do not hold it for anything else.
More than three hours before the sailing, nothing. Inside three hours, or not arriving, is charged in full, because that seat could have gone to somebody standing at the counter.
If we cancel, your ticket moves to the next boat at no charge or the money comes back in full. You choose.
One bag up to twenty kilos and one small bag, included in the fare. More than that is charged by the piece at the counter and goes on subject to space.
The late express is one bag each and no cargo. It is a small boat and there is genuinely nowhere to put it.
Yes, on the daytime sailings, for a flat charge per item, strapped down at the back under a cover. Say so when you book so the space is kept.
Boards over seven foot are fine on the big boats and awkward on the small one, so take a morning sailing if you are carrying one.
Be at the jetty twenty minutes before. The boat leaves on time and it does not wait.
