Five of us work the hut and every session on the board has one of our names against it. That is why a busy Saturday shows some times as gone rather than showing everything as available and making you wait on the sand.
It also means the person who briefs you is the person who goes out with you. Nobody hands you a machine and points at the reef.
If you want a particular instructor, because a friend told you to, ask when you book. We can usually do it.
