Asked at the hut every day
What am I actually booking on this website
A time, a machine and an instructor. The board only offers times when one of us is free, which is why a busy Saturday looks emptier than you expected.
Nothing is paid here. We confirm by message within the hour and you pay at the hut.
How early should I arrive
Fifteen minutes before your time. The briefing is part of the session, and somebody who misses it does not go on the water.
It is not a rule we enjoy applying, and we apply it anyway.
Can I cancel
Up to two hours before, at no charge. Inside two hours, or not arriving, is charged in full, because the instructor was standing on the sand for you instead of taking somebody else out.
What happens if the weather turns
We do not run in a strong onshore wind and we never run in lightning. If we call a session off you pay nothing, and we will find you another time the same day if there is one going.
Parasail flights are mornings only for the same reason: the wind across this lagoon gets up after about eleven.
Is there an age limit
Sixteen to hold a jet ski throttle, and younger riders go as a passenger with an instructor driving. Ten for the paddleboard lesson, eight for a kayak in a double with an adult, and no lower limit on the snorkel session.
Parasail flights are eight and upwards, and the double harness has a combined weight limit of a hundred and forty kilos, which we weigh rather than estimate.
I cannot swim. Is any of this possible
Yes, more than you would think. The jet ski, the parasail and the wakeboard all happen in a life jacket with somebody next to you, and none of them needs you to swim.
The snorkel session was built for exactly this and stays in water you can stand up in. Tell us when you book so the instructor knows in advance.
Never done it before
Three of our sessions start in water you can stand up in and none of them asks you to swim.
