The whole thing. Venue, permissions, haruge, decoration, catering, sound, photography, the schedule, the suppliers and somebody standing in the courtyard on the night.
Our fee starts at 35,000 rufiyaa for a wedding of about three hundred guests and moves with the guest count and the number of functions rather than with the budget. A planner who charges a percentage of your budget has an interest in your budget, which is a strange thing to build into the arrangement.
What you get that you cannot get by organising it yourself is the sequencing. Ten suppliers, one courtyard and six hours of build time is a scheduling problem, and it is the only part of a wedding that nobody in the family can do while also being at the wedding.
We take about twenty weddings a year and one per date. The weekends in the month after Eid go first, usually before February.
