Cooking oil in one litre bottles, five litre jars and eighteen litre tins, black tea in loose and bagged form, instant coffee, powdered drinks and bottled water.
Oil is the line to watch. The big tin is much cheaper per litre and it only pays if you sell enough to finish it before it turns, so we sell both and we will tell you honestly which suits your volume. A shop of two hundred households is usually better on the five litre jar.
Bottled water goes by the shrink pack and it is heavy, which matters on a boat charged by volume and weight. If water is a large part of your order, tell us and we will work out whether it is cheaper for you to buy it nearer home.
Tea and coffee we carry in the sizes people buy on an island, which is smaller than the sizes a supermarket in Male stocks.
