We hire with a crew rather than by itself. Kit delivered to a client with no operator is kit that comes back damaged and an evening that sounded bad, and neither of those is worth the margin to us.
Everything is serviced between jobs in our own store, and the store is open to look at before you book. Ask to see the desk that will be at your event, not a photograph of a desk.
