We hold company memberships for eleven offices in Male, from four people to forty.
The rate depends on the number and starts at a fifth off the monthly figure for groups of ten and above. One invoice a month to the company, with the staff list managed by whoever handles it there, and joiners and leavers dealt with by message rather than by paperwork.
What makes a company scheme work or fail is the start. A list of names given a discount code produces about four people who actually come. So we run an induction for the whole group in the first fortnight, in work time if the employer will allow it, and we put the beginners programme in front of anybody who has not trained before.
We also report attendance to the employer in numbers only, never by name. An employer who can see which individuals attended is an employer whose staff stop attending.
