One to one training with one of our four trainers, three hundred and fifty rufiyaa a session, or three thousand for ten.
What you get is not somebody counting your repetitions. The first session is an assessment: what you can do now, what hurts, what you have done before, and what you actually want, which is often not what people say first. Then a written plan, and a review every four weeks where the plan changes based on what happened rather than on a schedule.
Two trainers are women and they train on the ladies floor during the ladies hours. A woman wanting one to one coaching does not have to choose between privacy and a plan.
We will tell you when you do not need us. A member who is training twice a week consistently and progressing does not need a trainer every session, and we would rather sell somebody four sessions that change their programme than twenty that keep them company.
For anything involving pain, an old injury or a recent operation, we ask to speak to your doctor or physiotherapist first, and we mean it rather than saying it.
