The beginners programme is a fixed group of twelve who start together and train twice a week for six weeks with the same coach. Everybody in the room is on the first day of the same thing, which removes the single biggest reason people do not come back.
It covers how to use the equipment, how to lift without hurting yourself, how much to do, and what to do on the days you are not here. By the end you have a programme of your own and you know your way around the floor.
It runs on both floors, with a women only group on the ladies floor every six weeks.
Eight hundred and fifty rufiyaa for the six weeks including the membership for that period. Of the hundred and forty people who have done it, a bit over two thirds were still training with us six months later, which is roughly three times what happens to somebody who joins on their own.
