From 12,000 rufiyaa for a two storey house and 18,000 for three storeys, as a fixed fee. Not a percentage of a construction budget, because at the point you are hiring a designer nobody knows what the construction budget is and a percentage fee gives us an interest in it being large.
What you get is a set a contractor can price and build from: dimensioned floor plans, two sections, all four elevations, a foundation and column layout, a staircase detail with real rises and goings, window and door schedules, and a bathroom layout with the pipe positions. The render, if you want one, is extra and is the least useful drawing in the set.
Three weeks from the brief, in three stages: the constraints and options in week one, the developed plan in week two, and the full set in week three. You approve each stage before we go on, because changing a plan in week two is free and changing it in week three is not.
