A drawing you can build from, and a logo you can put on a sign
House plans and elevations for small plots, submission drawings, interior visuals, and branding for businesses that need more than a picture saved from a chat.
Four things we do before drawing anything
We read the plot rules first
Setbacks, coverage, height and the road width decide what can be built. Designing a house and then discovering the setback is the commonest wasted month in this trade.
Drawings a builder can price
Dimensioned plans, sections, elevations and the details that get argued about on site, not three views and a render.
Logos delivered as vector
Every logo leaves here as a vector file plus flat and single colour versions, so it can go on a sign, a shirt and a favicon without being redrawn.
A fixed fee and a stage list
You know what each stage costs and what you get at the end of it. No percentage of a construction budget nobody has yet.
Six kinds of work, one studio
Two halves of the same job really. Somebody building a house and somebody opening a shop both need drawings that survive contact with a contractor.
House plans and elevations
A full drawing set for a two or three storey house from 12,000 rufiyaa, in three weeks.
Submission drawings and approvals
The drawings the planning authority asks for, prepared and resubmitted until they are accepted.
Interior visuals and layouts
1,800 rufiyaa a room for a layout and two visuals, with the furniture drawn at its real size.
Logos and brand identity
4,500 rufiyaa for a logo, three concepts, a brand sheet and every file you will ever need.
Print and signage artwork
Menus, packaging, shopfront artwork and stationery, supplied print ready to any printer.
Website and social design
Page designs and a set of social templates you can reuse, from 2,500 rufiyaa.
Recent work
A three storey house on a plot of nine hundred square feet, a guesthouse interior, and the branding for a bakery that needed to print on a box.
A three storey house on nine hundred square feet
Four bedrooms on a small plot, once the staircase had been drawn at full size and everything moved around it.
A guesthouse interior, one room eleven times
Eleven rooms designed as one properly resolved room, with the joinery drawn to the carpenter's own sheet sizes.
Branding for a bakery that had to print on a box
A logo, a box, a sticker and a thermal receipt, all from one mark that had to work at fifty eight millimetres wide.
The studio in numbers
What clients say
They spent the first week on setbacks and the staircase instead of showing us pictures. We lost two feet of width we thought we had, and finding that out in week one is why the house got built at all.
They designed one room completely rather than eleven roughly, and drew the joinery to my carpenter's board sizes. That afternoon of work saved about nine sheets of ply.
They refused to replace the logo my customers already knew and redrew it instead, then tested it on a thermal receipt until it worked. Everything matched from the first day we opened.
What people ask about plans
What does a house drawing set cost?
A fixed 12,000 rufiyaa for a two storey house and 18,000 for three storeys, including plans, sections, all elevations, the column layout, a staircase detail, schedules and bathroom layouts.
It is a fixed fee rather than a percentage of the construction cost, because nobody knows the construction cost at this stage and a percentage gives a designer an interest in it being high.
Can you tell me what my plot allows before I pay for a design?
Yes, and it is the first week of any house job. Setbacks, permitted coverage, height, the width of the road and the neighbours' walls, worked out and written down before a line is drawn.
Send the plot size and the road it is on and we will give you a broad answer on the telephone for nothing. The commonest wasted month in this trade is a design produced before those numbers are known.
Do you handle the building permission?
We prepare and present the drawings and answer whatever comes back, with resubmissions included rather than charged as a new job. 4,500 rufiyaa where we drew the house and 7,500 where somebody else did.
We will not promise an approval or a date. Anybody who does is guessing. What we can promise is that the set is correct before it goes in.
Send us the plot size and the road it is on
Those two facts plus how many bedrooms you want is enough for us to tell you what is possible and what it will cost to draw.
Tell us what you are planning
A plot, a shop, a logo or all three. We reply within a day and the first conversation costs nothing.
