The preschool building on the north side
Four rooms, a shaded yard and a wall, built over eleven months for a preschool that had been running in the council hall.
Harbour lighting and the loading ramp
Six lights on the eastern wall and a ramp a tractor can reverse onto, which took the night loading arguments away.
Water plant connections to every household
Four hundred and eighty six households connected over two years, and what the council had to do about the twenty three that were not.
