The oldest football group trains three times a week and plays most weekends in the season.
The coaching changes here. Sessions are longer, there is proper physical work built in, and we review video of our own games rather than professional football, because a fourteen year old learns more from watching themselves make a decision than from watching anybody else.
We also start being honest with players about level, in private and with a parent present. A sixteen year old who wants to play seriously deserves to be told what stands between them and that, and a sixteen year old who is here because they love it deserves to be left alone to love it. Pretending both are the same conversation does neither any good.
School comes first and we say so to the players rather than only to the parents. In exam weeks we expect attendance to drop and we do not drop anybody from a squad for it.
Fees are six hundred and fifty rufiyaa a month, and eight hundred with the strength sessions.
