A shop that has bought from us for three months can open a thirty day account. One statement at the end of the month, one payment, and no paying for each load before it leaves.
We set a limit and we set it low to begin with, deliberately. A limit that is too generous in the first year is how small shops end up owing more than a month of their takings, and it helps nobody when the collection goes badly.
Before Ramadan and before the school year we will sit down with your last twelve months and plan the order, because both seasons tempt shops into buying three months of stock with one month of money. We would rather split it into two loads a fortnight apart and keep you liquid than sell you the lot and watch the second month be quiet.
Statements go out on the first working day of the month by email and by message, whichever you use.
