Shop counters, display shelving, storage, reception desks and office furniture.
Quoted per job rather than per foot, because a counter with a till, a card machine, a socket and a customer leaning on it is not the same object as a kitchen unit of the same size.
What changes for commercial work is the construction rather than the look. Shelving spans are kept under eight hundred millimetres or given a centre support, because a laminate faced shelf carrying stock over a metre sags visibly within a year and everybody blames the shelf. Counter fronts get a hardwood edge at kicking height. Anything a customer touches has a radius rather than a sharp arris on it.
We fit at night or on a Friday for shops that cannot close, at no extra charge if it is planned. Fitting during trading hours is not much cheaper for us and is a great deal more expensive for you.
One honest note. A shop fit out designed by somebody who has never stood behind a counter will usually have the till in the wrong place. If you have a layout, let us stand in the space with you for twenty minutes before it is made.
