Chilled and frozen goods go into an insulated box with ice packs and come out of the van at your door, not at the second stop after yours.
That is also why we do not deliver frozen goods in the middle of the day. The windows start at four in the afternoon, and in the hottest months we will say no to a frozen item on a Villimalé order that has to cross on the ferry.
If anything arrives soft, ring us that evening. It comes off the bill. We would rather lose the item than have you decide for yourself whether it is still good.
