We buy produce at the market in the morning and sell it the same day. The list on this site is what came back in the van, which is why it is shorter than a supermarket's and why it changes.
Local produce comes and goes with the boats. Imported vegetables are steadier but they are not all equal, and we would rather tell you that the tomatoes are only fit for cooking today than sell them to you as salad.
If something you ordered is finished before your window, you get a call. We will offer the nearest thing, and if you say no it simply comes off the order and off the total.
