Vegetables and fruit off the market at dawn, listed for the day and taken down when they are finished.
Chilled and frozen, moved properly
Milk, eggs, butter, chicken and fish, packed cold and kept last in the van.
Sacks, tins and the things you buy twice a year
Rice and flour by the sack, oil by the tin, detergent by the bucket, carried up the stairs.
Offices, guesthouses and small kitchens
A standing list, one delivery a week, and a proper invoice with GST paid by transfer.
Shopping sent from abroad
Order from anywhere for somebody in Malé, and leave a phone number we can ring.
Ordering by phone or WhatsApp
A list in a message is a perfectly good order, and we will send you the total before we pack it.
What happens when something is wrong
Ring the shop the same evening. Wrong items come off the bill and we come back for them.
