Send us the list once. We keep it, and every week you tell us what to change rather than starting again. The order still goes through the site so that there is a reference and a printed total, and the invoice carries GST so your accounts can use it.
Payment is by transfer, the same as for everybody else. For a regular account we will agree a settlement day in the month rather than chasing each order, and that arrangement is made in person rather than on this site.
