Fourteen rooms, two months, and a hard finish date because the first booking was already taken.
The whole job was planned as eight weekly loads. Each load carried what that week needed and nothing else, which kept a small island site from turning into a warehouse. Bathroom ware, mixers, tile adhesive, paint and light fittings were all matched to the same ranges so a replacement in year three is a phone call rather than a search.
The guesthouse opened on the date they had sold.
