The harbour is the council's, and the dues are set by the council and shown on the board at the harbour office as well as here.
A cargo boat pays by the night alongside. A fishing dhoni registered to this island pays nothing. A visiting dhoni pays the nightly rate. A ferry on a scheduled route has a standing arrangement made once a year rather than a payment each call.
Berths on the eastern wall are booked through the harbour keeper, and a boat arriving with cargo for three or more households should book, because the ramp is the only place a tractor can reach and one boat can block a morning.
Loading hours are six in the morning until seven at night. Loading outside those hours needs the harbour keeper's agreement in advance, and the reason is the houses on the harbour road rather than the work itself.
Dues are paid at the office, not on the quay. The harbour keeper does not take money.
