At checkout you pick the hour you want the food delivered in. Each hour holds between eight and sixteen orders depending on how far into the night it is, and when an hour is full it disappears from the list.
This is the only honest way to run a kitchen with one fryer. The alternative is taking every order that comes and delivering the eleven o'clock ones at midnight, which is what everybody else in this business does on a Friday.
If the hour you want has gone, the next one is usually open. We will not move your order into a different hour without ringing you.
