You pick the hour
Each hour of the night takes a set number of orders. When an hour is full it comes off the list rather than being quietly stuffed with three more.
A phone call, not a map
There is no rider tracking on this site and no map showing a moving dot. We ring you when the food leaves the kitchen. That is the whole of it.
Transfer first, then we cook
Place the order, get a reference, transfer and quote it. No cards on this site, and the rider carries no money at two in the morning.
A real closing time
Last order is half past two and the kitchen stops at three. We would rather say no at twenty to three than send you something reheated.

What people say the next day
They ring when the food leaves and it arrives in the hour I picked. I do not need a map of where the bike is. I need to know whether to make tea now or in ten minutes.
Nine boxes with our names on them at the gate, and one transfer instead of nine people finding change. It is a small thing and it changed our whole break.
They told me plainly that they stop making short eats at half past one. I would rather be told that than be sold something that has sat in a warmer since midnight.
The questions we get at midnight
How late can I order?
Half past two in the morning, every night. The kitchen stops at three.
If an hour still shows on the site at twenty five past two you can order into it. After half past, the site stops taking orders for the night and opens again at eight in the evening.
How long does an order take?
Between twenty five and thirty five minutes from the moment your transfer shows, because everything is cooked from cold when it is ordered.
That is why you choose an hour rather than a minute. Order for the hour you want to eat, not the earliest one on the list.
Can I order for tomorrow or for next week?
For tonight and the next two nights. There is nothing further out on the site and there is no booking a date in a fortnight.
A kitchen with four people and a menu that changes cannot honestly promise a Thursday three weeks away, so we do not offer it.
Order now, eat at the hour you chose
Hours fill from about ten o'clock on a weekend. If the hour you want is not on the list, it is because it is already full.
Ask the kitchen
Messages sent during the day are read when the kitchen opens at eight. If it is about tonight, ring instead.
