Cooked when you order it
Nothing is made in advance and nothing sits waiting. That is why it takes twenty five minutes.
The hour you choose
The night is split into hours and each one takes a set number of orders.
Short eats by the dozen
Bajiya, gulha, masroshi and cutlets in boxes of a dozen, for a house full of people.
Shift orders and night crews
One order, several boxes, delivered to a gate or a jetty at a fixed hour.
Collect from the hatch
Order here, walk up, and it is in your hands at the minute you chose.
Chilli, eggs and the other changes
Every hot dish can be ordered without chilli, and most of them take an extra egg.
Ordering by phone
Ring between eight and half past two. We will read the order back with the total.
What we will not do
No daytime orders, no orders after half past two, no deliveries to Villimalé, and no scheduling for next week.
