RE Reyge Kitchen Hot food in Malé from eight at night until three in the morning, in the hour you pick

Forty short eats for a house full of relatives

Four dozen mixed short eats at half past ten, ordered with an hour of notice, which is exactly what that quantity needs.

A house with unexpected visitors and forty short eats needed at half past ten in the evening.

The order came in at half past nine, which is the only reason we could take it. Four dozen is roughly three ordinary orders' worth of fryer time and it cannot be squeezed into an hour that is already spoken for.

Mixed bajiya, gulha, masroshi and cutlets, packed in four boxes, delivered at the minute they asked for. We also sent the chutney separately, because chutney in the same box turns the pastry soft in twenty minutes and nobody thanks you for it.

If you are planning something like this, order the hour before you need it rather than the hour you need it.
