Say this out loud in a shop and people think you are covering yourself. We are, and it is also true and worth knowing.
We do not copy anything off your phone and neither does the workshop in Malé. Nobody needs your passcode for a screen or a battery, and if a job genuinely needs it we will ask you, tell you why, and use it in front of you.
And a phone that has been dropped, opened before by somebody else, or charged on a bad cable for two years can stop starting on a bench through nobody's fault. It is rare. It is not never. On a phone going in the box it matters more, because it is away from you for a week.
So back it up before you come. If you do not know how, come twenty minutes early and somebody will sit with you and do it, and we will not charge for that.
