Half an hour with one teacher in the small room off the office. You read, the teacher stops you where something needs correcting, and writes two or three lines on your record.
You choose the teacher on the form and see only the times that person is free. Ustadha Rifqa teaches women and children; Ustadh Faseeh takes everybody else. Nobody is substituted without being asked first.
The three reasons people book it: a parent wants to know where their child is rather than where the class is, an adult wants their pronunciation looked at frankly, or somebody who will be reading in front of others would like to be heard first by one person instead of forty.
